Tuition and Required Textbook Fees

1.  $400 - Tuition-Principles & Practices of Real Estate *
2.  $60 - Textbook Fees (Bundled Set) Modern Real Estate Practice-16th Edition and Connecticut Real Estate Practice and Law-10th Edition(Update)  
3.  $45 - Textbook (Unbundled) Modern Real Estate Practice-16th Edition **
4.  $25 - Textbook (Unbundled) Connecticut Real Estate Practice and Law-10th Edition(Update) **


Other Fees

1.  $20 - Return Check Fee
2.  $80 - Cancellation Fee (If cancelled during first night of class) ***
3.  20% - Restock charge for returned materials ****  


* Fees are effective for courses starting September 2005 and are subject to change. All tuition and textbook fees must be paid prior to attending the first class.

** Both textbooks are required.  Students, who may already have one of the books, may purchase books individually.  Please make sure you have the correct text edition.



Refund Policy

***Tuition fees are NON-REFUNDABLE after the first class.  Cancellations received prior to the start of the first class will be refunded in full.  Cancellations must be submitted by e-mail to careers@hallres.com or via phone at 800-431-0571.  Students who notify the Instructor during the first class that it is his/her intent to drop the course will be refunded 80% of the tuition.  A 20% administrative fee will be assessed against all tuition refunds to cover the costs of registration and enrollment.

****Refund of textbook fees will be considered based on the condition of the materials at the time they are returned and at the sole discretion of Hall Institute - School of Real Estate and its duly authorized agents. Software and Audio CDs may not be returned if opened.  A 20% restock charge will be assessed against all refund payments.



Guarantee

1.  Students who withdraw from the course or do not pass the final exam will be allowed to attend future class(s) and to re-take the final examination AT NO ADDITIONAL COST during the two year period following the original class start date.  
2.  Scheduling of re-take exams is at the mutual convenience of the student and instructor.
