We offer both daytime and evening classes.  Typically our classes meet during the following times...

Evening Classes
Evening classes meet twice a week from 6-9PM for eleven weeks

Day Classes
Day classes meet twice a week from 9AM-4PM for five weeks

Course Fees
Tuition is $400 and textbooks are $60 (includes sales tax)

Full Payment is required in order to reserve a seat

The course covers general real estate principles & practices as well as Connecticut practice and law.  The course is designed to prepare students for the Connecticut Real Estate Licensing Exam and meets the minimum standard requirements of the CT Real Estate Commission.
